Beach theme weddings may be less formal and also quite casual. An important thing to remember when planning any type of outdoor wedding is to ensure that you have some kind of shelter or alternative arrangement just in case it rains.

Many couples choose to have their ceremony on the beach and then the reception in a nearby restaurant or a local reception hall. Alternatively you may choose to have your ceremony in a church and then a beach party style reception afterwards.

If you don’t already have a venue in mind for your beach theme wedding then a good place to start is at the local council. They will be able to tell you whether weddings are permitted at certain beaches and locations in your chosen area.

Also keep in mind the number of guests you will be having and whether the location you choose will have sufficient facilities such as parking and toilets. Beaches can get windy so you will need to keep this in mind when planning your decorations for your beach wedding.

~ Walk down an isle with borders of shells, starfish, flowers or pebbles. For an evening wedding you can use candles.

Garden themed weddings are very romantic and can be a beautiful setting for anytime of year.

Depending on the venue you pick, you can be surrounded by spring bulbs, golden autumn leaves, summer roses or winter flowering camellias. There is also the atmosphere of singing birds and even butterflies.

Ideas for venues range from special wedding reception centre gardens to a backyard garden. The venue you pick will depend on whether you are going to use it for the ceremony only or for the reception as well.

Some location ideas include: Botanical gardens, historical building grounds, parks, bed and breakfast grounds, country property locations and holiday resort grounds.

No matter what venue you go for make sure you have a back-up plan in case it rains. If you are going to have your reception there as well you may like to have it in a marquee. Marquee receptions are suitable for both day and evening weddings.

~ Have your ceremony in a flower-decorated gazebo or under an arbour.

~ Walk down an isle of scattered flower petals.

~ Instead of a guest book have your guests write their wishes on separate gift tags and tie them to a potted tree or larger pot plant such as a camellia . You can then plant the plant in your own garden and keep the gift tags separately in a special box as keepsakes.

~ For sunset or evening weddings use candles and fairy lights.

Body cellulite, what a nuisance!
The best way to get rid of cellulite is to use a combination of methods.
Try these techniques. Obviously it won’t disappear overnight but the sooner you start the sooner it will improve.

Food & Diet

• Do not starve yourself with strict diets.
• Eat fresh food and plenty of vegetables.
• Do not overeat.
• Avoid processed, preserved and tinned foods.
• Drink plenty of water
• Cut down on coffee, tea and alcohol.

Exercise

Exercise is very important of you seriously want to get rid of cellulite. A combination of routines is best:

1. Aerobic exercise: cycling, walking or swimming for at least 20minutes 3 times a week.
2. Toning exercise to build muscle and disperse the cellulite.

Dry Skin Brushing

This will remove dead skin layers to allow your pores to eliminate waste, stimulate blood circulation, rejuvenate the nervous system and remove cellulite.

1. Use a natural bristle brush with a long handle.
2. Make sure your skin is dry and do one leg at a time.
3. Begin with the feet. Using light pressure, brush upwards on the top of the foot starting from the toes and then around the ankle.
4. Use sweeping upward strokes and do the back of the leg and then the top of the leg. Ensure that you cover every part. Keep brushing until your skin is rosy.
5. Pulling your skin firmly do the back of the knee and then the knee.
6. Move to the inside of the thigh, then do the top of the thigh and the side of the thigh. Use large upward strokes pulling towards the heart.
7. Do the other leg.

• Do not brush over irritated or infected skin.
• Start with 5 minutes a day and then gradually increase the pressure and the length of time.
• Brush everyday and then after 3 months you can reduce it to 3-4 times a week.
• Do it before you shower so that you can wash all the debris off after you finish brushing.

Massage

Massage helps the circulation and breaks down fat and cellulite.

1. Put some massage lotion or an essential oil (rosemary or geranium are good for cellulite) into your palms and apply to the cellulite area.
2. Using both hands massage the area well using kneading and squeezing movements. Give the area a good massage.
3. Slap the area lightly using both hands alternately to stimulate the area.
4. Cup your hands and pat the area using quick moverments and both hands alternately.
5. Finish off with slow massaging movements pulling upwards towards the groin.

• You can also use a hand massaging tool.

Relaxation

Cellulite can be caused by stress. If you are constantly stressed out try to find a solution to what is causing the stress.

Find some time for yourself to relax and do things you enjoy. It can be as simple as reading a book , going for a walk or watching a favourite video.

Meditation is also good for relaxing.

To help your blood and lymph to circulate, thus enabling your body to eliminate the cellulite:

• Avoid tight clothing
• Be aware of your posture – don’t stoop.
• Don’t cross your legs.
